The District of Has (Albanian: Rrethi i Hasit) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania. It has a population of 20,000 (2004 estimate), and an area of 374 km². It is in the north-east of the country, and its capital is Krumë. Rrethi i Hasit has a load of villages and they are well known for their help in 1999 in Kosovan war against Serbs (especially villege called "Vlahen"). Vlahen is a village of 300 houses and a popullation of 3000 people. It hoasted many refugies from Kosova. also has a variety of mountains like Pashtrigu 2847m, Maja Gajrepit 1875, Qafa e Kunores dhe Qafa e Kurrizit. This beautifull village is surrounded by mountains

Krume is a pleasant small town of HAS District it is located at the bottom of the mauntain "Bjeshka e Krumes" on the east, mountain of "GAJREPI" ("mali i Gajrepit") on the east of the town it starts the "river vrella" which comes out of the bottom of the mountain huge source of water serving the domestic population needs . natives of kruma live peacefully lives little poor i can say but happy. they are great people and they have a wonderful thing called : "BESA" . Once "BESA" is given for anything there is no turning back on anything. it is likely as in English people say: "i gave MY WORD" but "BESA" is much stronger and it characterizes all the natives of ALBANIA , when "BESA" is given to the "MEN" (only), the right hands must be SHAKE (HAND SHAKE).
